Return Policy

Exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Disliking the fragrance scent or personal taste preference is not considered a valid reason for exchange or return.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the perfume has been used or tested for hygiene reasons. Exchanges or returns are accepted only in cases of receiving an incorrect product or damage caused during shipping, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If the issue is caused by Bilsan Perfume, shipping costs will be covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Placing an order indicates full acceptance of this policy.

في حالة الخطأ من Bilsan Perfume نتحمل تكاليف الشحن بالكامل، وفي غير ذلك يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن. إتمام الطلب يعني موافقة العميل الكاملة على هذه السياسة.
